Meet Dr. Stacy Hoffman

Being a dentist means that I get to live my dream every day. I enjoy helping patients to achieve their oral health goals, whether it is reducing periodontal disease, restoring a beautiful smile, or just helping to get a patient back on track with regular visits. I feel like I have helped many individuals feel more comfortable receiving the dental care that they need by being friendly, caring, compassionate, and understanding. I treat the person, not just the teeth. I listen to the wants and needs of my patients so that I can treat each person with the individual care they deserve.

I grew up in a family of nurses who instilled in me the value of health care. I knew from a very young age that I wanted to help people obtain their oral health goals and fix people’s teeth so that they feel confident about their smiles. It’s something that happened to me as a child—I had braces and experienced first-hand how important a beautiful smile was to my self-esteem.

Outside the Office

I have been married to my best friend, Brian, since 2008. Together, we have three children: twins Kelly and Kyle born in 2010, and Jacob born in 2012; and a havanese-bichon dog named Emma.

I enjoy spending time with my family, riding bikes, swimming, attending my children's baseball and hockey games, helping with my daughter's Girl Scout troop, taking my daughter to horseback riding lessons, and baking for Sunday family meals. My husband, the kids, and I love to support our local sports teams. You can find us regularly at Buffalo Bills, Sabres, and Bisons games.

I have also had the heartwarming experience of raising a child with special needs. My daughter, Kelly, has cerebral palsy, and I have made a lifelong commitment to help her achieve her personal physical, social, and emotional goals. Being a parent of a special needs child has helped me to further develop the virtues of patience, understanding, and compassion, and has helped me to realize what is truly important in life. I am passionate about raising awareness of special needs.  I am also active with the Buffalo Variety Club.  Kelly and Kyle were the poster twins for the 2017 Buffalo Variety Telethon which helped to raise over $1,025,000.00 for our local Women and Children's Hospital of Buffalo and various other local organizations for children with special needs.

i believe it is important to treat others the way you would want to be treated   Everyone deserves love, kindenss and respect.
